You need to report to police first, via mobile application / phone and get police report. With the police report you can contact us to start the work.

Insurance work is free, if you have a full insurance and you are the "Non Faulty" person in the accident, ie you are not the primary cause for the accident. If you are "Faulty" person in the accident (according to police report) , you need to pay the "excess amount" mentioned in your Insurance policy.

First, we need approval from insurance to start the work. It will take atleast 2 days. After approval, we will inform the customer to bring the vehicle for work. Work will be quickly finished according to the intensity of the accident . Small accident will take only two days time. Big accidents can go even to couple of weeks time.
